Five marketing tasks AI can carry for your organization this month. The exact prompt for each, and one guardrail so the mission stays yours.
Built for nonprofits, ministries, and small mission-driven teams by a CPD Accredited AI Consultant. No subscriptions to buy. No training to sit through. Five prompts you can use this week.
You are helping write social media content for [a nonprofit or ministry / a small business]. Here is a description of something we just held or completed: [paste your notes]. Write five social media posts from it. One announcement, one story about a person it served or helped, one thank-you to the people who made it happen, one behind-the-scenes, one invitation to what is next.
Keep each under 80 words. Write it the way I would write it. Here is a sample of my writing so you can match my voice: [paste 2 or 3 paragraphs you have written]. Do not add anything I did not give you. Fix grammar and spelling only. One clear call to action each.
The guardrail: AI drafts. You approve. Nothing goes out in your name that you have not read first.

The 30-Day Plan, week by week
Week One
Repurpose What You Already Have
One event into a week of posts.
Turn work your organization has already completed into communication without starting from a blank page.

Week Two
Strengthen Supporter Communication
The monthly donor or supporter update. The email nobody has time to write.
You are helping a nonprofit communications lead write a monthly update to donors and supporters.
Our organization: [name and one sentence on what you do]
This month we: [bullet list of what happened, who was served, any numbers]
Coming next month: [what is ahead]
One person or moment worth naming: [brief detail]
Write an email of 250 to 300 words. Open with the specific moment, not with a greeting about the season or the weather. Report what happened plainly. Use only the facts I gave you and do not add any numbers, outcomes, or names I did not provide. Close with one clear call to action. Plain language. No hype. Sign off as [name and title].
The guardrail Never let AI invent a number, a name, or an outcome. If you did not put it in, it does not go out. Check every figure against your own records before you send.
Week Three
Invite People Into the Mission
The invitation. Communication for volunteers, members, participants, attendees, and supporters.
You are helping a nonprofit recruit [volunteers / new members / attendees].
What we need: [the role or the event]
When and where: [dates, times, location]
What the person will actually do: [be specific]
Why it matters: [the impact in one sentence]
Who we are hoping will respond: [describe them]
Time commitment: [be honest about it]
Write three versions of the invitation:
1. A social media post under 100 words
2. An email of about 200 words
3. A text message under 40 words
Be specific about the time commitment in every version. Do not use urgency language or guilt. One clear call to action each. Plain language.
The guardrail If the invitation oversells how easy it is, the person who says yes will not stay. Accuracy is what builds a team that lasts.
Week Four
Multiply Your Best Content
Turn a sermon, workshop, program, presentation, or teaching into shareable content.
You are helping a nonprofit or ministry repurpose a teaching that has already been delivered.
Here is the source material: [paste your notes, outline, or transcript]
The audience for the new content: [who you are trying to reach]
Produce the following, drawing only on what is in the source material:
- Three short social posts, each built on one point that was actually made
- One email of about 250 words summarizing the main idea
- Five quotable lines, taken directly from the source, not rewritten
- Three questions the teaching answers, for use as post hooks
Do not add ideas, examples, scripture, or conclusions that are not in the source. If a point is unclear, flag it rather than filling the gap. Plain language, no hype.
The guardrail A teaching is someone's voice. AI can reformat it. AI does not get to reinterpret it. Read every line against the original before publishing, and if the speaker was someone other than you, get their approval first.

You have spent this month learning where AI can help and where human judgment still has to lead.
Now zoom out. Technology only works as well as the organization carrying it.
Join Dr. Keisha Grey of Grey & Associates and Tiffany Lachell Jackson of Digital Kingdom Blueprint for a conversation about the leadership, order, communication, and organizational readiness that should exist before more tools are added.

How do leaders build organizations capable of using AI well? Leadership, organizational change, systems, human judgment, and implementation brought together for the year ahead.
AI may help structure a story. Human leadership remains responsible for dignity, privacy, accuracy, context, consent where appropriate, and final judgment.
You are helping a nonprofit tell the story of one person it served. This person has given permission for their story to be shared.
What I know: [what happened, in your own words, written before using this prompt]
What they gave permission to share: [be specific about the limits]
What must not be included: [anything private, identifying, or off limits]
Where this will appear: [newsletter, social, grant report, website]
Write the story in 200 to 250 words. Lead with the person, not with our organization. Describe what changed for them. Mention our role briefly and only where it is accurate. Do not use language that positions them as helpless, grateful, or a symbol of a larger problem. Do not add details, emotions, or dialogue I did not provide. Close with one clear call to action.
The guardrail AI is very good at making a person sound like a case study. Your job is to make sure they still sound like a person. Two questions before this one publishes: Would this person recognize themselves in it, and would they be proud of it? Do you have their permission in writing? If either answer is no, the draft is wrong no matter how well it reads.
Your Next Step
You do not need every next step. Choose the one that matches what your organization needs now.

AI does not operate in isolation. Before an organization adds more tools, it needs clarity around leadership, process, communication, decision-making, and how change will actually be absorbed by the people doing the work.
